However, NUTRITION, works a lifetime. Be aware of any type of diet that does not promote proper nutrition, eating a variety of foods, eating several times a day and exercising. Female and Fit and Pro Fit Nutrition believe in Nutrient Timing which means timing nutrients at specific times throughout the day to speed up metabolism, burn fat and build muscle.  We believe you can receive most of your nutrients by eating a variety of foods and eating five to six times a day with smaller portions to level out insulin which prohibits the "I'm starving" craving.  We sugget that our clients take their daily calories divide by five or six meals.  However, the timing of the nutrients is as important as what you eat.
